I recently mailed complaints of a problem with the 1024x768 driver for Windows 3.0 to ATI. In response, they mailed me a complete set of new drivers and indicated that earlier versions of the drivers had bugs which had been corrected. As of mid September, ATI is supplying the following files as "current version" drivers. WIN3-54B.DRV 72096 bytes file date 06/14/90 WIN3-55B.DRV 78640 bytes file date 07/16/90 VDDVGA.386 40967 bytes file date 07/15/90 If you are running high resolution Windows, check the corresponding files on your disk to see that you have the latest version. It is best to go by file date rather than byte size, as some earlier versions of the files had the same size as the most recent versions. -- Did you hear the joke about the scientist whose wife had twins? - He baptized one and kept the other as a control.
