[comp.windows.ms] Windows 3.0 Terminal Emulators

I need a windows 3.0 based terminal emulator which will

  1) Emulate a VT-220 and a VT-100

  2) Allow 80x24 display in the full size window WITHOUT scrolling

  3) Run on a 386SX with 1Mb of memory.
