I have access to an Apple Laserwriter IINT through the local mainframe, and have Windows set up to print PostScript to a file so I can upload it. I also have several PostScript soft fonts which I would like to use. Windows includes the fonts in the output just fine; the problem is that it sticks the fonts in every page, which tends to make the PS file very, very large. I seriously doubt that Adobe was silly enough to make this necessary; what's the deal? -- Jason Merrill jmerrill@jarthur.claremont.edu
