[comp.windows.ms] Good and bad Microsoft customer support

Well, I called Microsoft 2 weeks ago and asked for my Windows 3 Excel
upgrade. They Fed-Ex'ed it to me at no charge !

However, I've called them twice regarding font problems within W4W and
two people have promised me Faxes and US Mail answers. This was 2 to 3 weeks
ago. The second person I talked to (Cindy) assured me that she would tell
Scott to get off his can and fax the information to me. Bottom line is that
they are too busy (understaffed) and not conscientious enough.
