I have down loaded Sounder 1.0 from circa and it is great, however does anyone know of any simple and inexpensive hardware to generate bytestreams so that I can record my own sounds (rather than having to buy a Mac [yuk!]). If any people can send (or fax) me a circuit diagram and a simple driver/record utility, your help will be most appreciated. For those who don't know what I am talking about, I need a hardware/software system whihc will allow me to digitze 8 bit sound at 22kHz, 11kHz, 7 kHz and 5 kHz. Thanks -- David S. There are plans for such a device to hook to the Mac serial port on sumex-aim.stanford.edu. Perhaps you could modify it for an IBM serial port. Chris
