A few months ago there was a discussion of the incompatibility between Disk Manager (disk partitioning software) and SMARTDRV.SYS (MS-Windows disk cache). Did anyone ever come up with a fix, work around, or other solution to the problem? Thanks, Kevin Kelly [kelly@athena.mit.edu]

Well one well known workaround would be to use the shareware HyperDisk caching program which like SMARTDRV.SYS is Windows 3.0 aware and will surrender all or part of it memory usage when used with Windows. It is available in the MSWIN library section of Compuserve among other places. +-----All Views Expressed Are My Own And Are Not Necessarily Shared By------+ +------------------------------My Employer----------------------------------+ + Ronald S.
