[comp.windows.ms] Writing for 3.0 using SDK 2.1: Bad idea?

hundt@samadams.princeton.edu (Tom Hundt) (10/18/90)

What differences are there that would prevent one from doing this
effectively? (E.g., how do you avoid the "This application was
written for an old version of Windows" message? :-)

I realize that the new SDK version is, of course,
"bigger/faster/better". But, is it really *necessary*?

This is probably an old question, so please respond via email.
Thanks in advance.
