[comp.windows.ms] Special characters in winword, designer and excel

pcb@cacs.usl.edu (Peter C. Bahrs) (10/18/90)

Beats me. I know in my application if I print character 169 I see
a copyright symbol appear in the dialog box.

How can I get these in winword, excel and designer? Hopefully it is the
same for all. I did load symbol font and tried to step through each
character but this did not seem to work.

Try Holding Alt down and typing 0169 from the keypad. This only works with the
keypad in most cases...
