I'm running windows 3.0 with 4 megs of RAM on a 386sx machine. I want to use some of that big hunk of RAM for spooling documents that I print with any of the non-windows applications that I use. Is there any way to load, say, AST's SuperSPOOL in the first chunk of the Extended memory I've got without it messing with the memory managers that Windows uses? I have the manuals for SuperSPOOL but to be honest, I can't quite figure out exactly where it puts the space for spooling documents. I don't recall seeing any switches for the Windows memory manager that would help me. Naturally, the tech support for these sorts of things is weak to non-existent (I had to explain the difference between extended and expanded memory to the guy I talked to the other day). *********************************************************************** Tom Daniels v027ef3u@UBVMS.BITNET (716)884-5820 "Better not to begin.
