[comp.windows.ms] WINCOMM

rhodes@rogue.llnl.gov (Rhodes, Mark) (10/25/90)

Clearly the WINCOMM people have used the networld to do all (or most) of their
testing. With a new version every several days it takes a lot of time and
effort (and someone's money) to download, unzip, load, and check out each
new version. For all this effort, what do these "free testers" get?
Nothing, since the program is time bombed. After helping these folks
develop their product, are we then supposed to shell out $150 bucks to buy
it?

Hey Butch. How about a real shareware version for the NET?
