I've been trying to use the print-field feature in Word 4 Windows
to send postscript commands directly to my HP laserjet IIp in the
middle of a document.  No luck.  The printer gets "error 18" every
time.  Has anybody done this successfully?

I followed the example on page 178 of the Microsoft WORD 4 W Tech
Ref manual exactly.  Also tried simpler things.  No luck.  Error 18.

I'm beginning to think that this is a W4W problem.
