I am contemplating running a higher-resolution video driver myself, and am concerned about these very issues. It is frustrating when someone asks an excellent question, and all of the answers are sent privately. By the way, Microsoft is back-ordered on their WfW 1.1 update. It will take you a long time to get it. My complaint about running 800x600 is that my monitor (Multisync 2A) displays a shorter raster in the horizontal direction. Perhaps this would go away if I used a better high-res. driver. Inquiring minds want to know.... tom
