I am developing a Windows 3.0 application that will be used in one of the ECE
classes here at UW-Madison.  I have run into a very strange problem and, as you
are probably aware, MicroSoft refuses to help out.  If anyone would be willing
to spend a half of an hour or so with me, to help figure out what is going on,
I would greatly appreciate.  (I would be willing to pay for the services.)
