[comp.windows.ms] Looking for bitmaps via ftp, Gateway PC question

Two questions for the Win3 experts:

1.  Are there any bitmaps (bmp) available via ftp?  Where?

2.  Is there a driver for Gateway 386 machines that allows the screen
    to be used to it's fullest size?
