According to Robert Cowart, in his Sybex book entitled _Mastering Windows 3.0_:

     ... This feature [the Time/Date command] doesn't yet
     work correctly in Windows 3.0.  Only the date is printed.
     (The time does not appear.)  Later releases of Windows
     may correct this bug.

This "bug" practically cries out for inclusion in the FAQ posting!  =-)

When I try to use the time/date stamp in Notepad (F5), all I get is the
date, and no time. Anybody else have this problem?
