[comp.windows.ms] WinComm Demos are available upon request

altman@sbcs.sunysb.edu (Jeff Altman) (11/20/90)

For those of you who are interested in evaluating the latest
version of WinComm, you can receive a new Demo with an
updated expiration date by calling Synappsys at
(405) 366-6363.

The vt102 emulation is stable.
As is zmodem.
Additional features to reduce keyboard typing have also been
introduced.

I do not work for Synappsys but I do have a great deal of
contact with them and am willing to pass on messages.

There will not be a new Public Release Demo for sometime
due to the large number of changes currently taking place.

Some ideas for future features include the ability to access
the drives of remote computers as a logical drive.
X window server support.
graphical terminal emulations (vt320,tek4014,tvi955)
Network support (NetBIOS, TCP/IP ftp, telnet, NOVELL ACS)
