Is this a stupid question? Or would it turn a nice car into a devil of a car? I know nothing about turbo conversions, and of course would go to a very reputable mechanic to avoid ruining my *major* investment. Any opinions, out there? -- Joe Guthridge ..!akgua!lanierrnd!jwg

It might be a good idea just waiting for the 2.3-16 (2.3 liter, 16 valve four cylinder). That way you'd get all the suspension tricks as well as the added power and you'd even get to keep the M-B warranty.
