[comp.windows.ms] ACTOR 3.0 = "C" code ?

ff11@vaxb.acs.unt.edu (11/27/90)

I am interested in getting into Windows programming. I have read a
little about ACTOR 3.0 but I am confused a tad. Does ACTOR actually
output MS C code or does it run a special interpreted script. For example,
TOOLBOOK is actually a interpreted (loosely defined) environment. The speed
loss is a major problem with me. So....
Does ACTOR 3.0 actually output "C" code?

Thanks in advance
