Those of you who read this, thanks for the answers to my question regarding GIF2BMP. I have more than enough to go on now. I was curious whether there are any good sound packages out for windows which use, or support the Ad Lib or Sound Blaster card. I understand there are some guitar programs, and speach programs out, but It looks like most of them support other specific equipment. Thanks, Devon

Just to add more to the request... Some people here at U of T might be interested in audio with something like ToolBook or Plus. Does anybody know of some good sound equipment with toolbook or plus drivers? Things that are desireable: Sound attached to buttons Digitize sound easily. Play back sound easily. Synthesize speech from text files. Preferably in a nice natural voice for linguistics. The ability to add codes to the text file to get proper intonation would be preferable. Ability to speak foreign languages like Italian would be nice! tj .
