Alien thinks that Japan makes special versions of their cars to sell with right hand drive for England and Bermuda. As it happens, Japan *itself* uses right hand drive. They make left hand drive cars special for the US market. Alien is correct that the economic realities of USeless regulations must be taken into account or they simply won't do it. Based on the current sales of Japanese autos in the land of the rising buck (even with the import quotas), it is obvious that it is worthwhile to make the changes especially for us.
