I don't mean this to sound like an idiotic question.. but, let me explain my problem. I have windows3 on a 386SX computer. Now, I had to re-install windows after doing a format on my hard drive. I re-installed it, but.. since I re-installed it, I cannot get the Helvetica font to work...! (well, what I really mean to say is it won't work with WRITE.EXE-- I can call it up when I go to install new fonts, and it looks ok.. but, it won't come up as a choice in the WRITE menu. ) Also, I have other font's installed, and similiarly I cannot use any of the OTHER fonts, either. I'm sure it's something really stupid that I'm not doing.. but, what is GOING ON!?! Someone help!!! )_Dennis_( ---- /-=-\ V119L94U@UBVMS * Univ. I believe that most Windows WP/DTP apps will only allow you to select fonts which you have configured as being available on your printer (presumably to enforce WYSIWYG.) Richard.
