[comp.windows.ms] Opening Screen Change?

   Does anyone know how, or if it's possible, to change the opening screen
to Windows 3.0? 

I'd like to change it and put in the UnivColr.BMP. It's a much better intro.
(...yes I have been skipping the into with win : ...)
