Are there any decent statistical analysis packages available for Windows?
Do Windows versions of SAS and SPSS exist?

SAS Institute has announced that it will do a Windows version of SAS.  Given
their implementation for OS/2 (see current PC/Weak) it does a reasonable job
of being integrated into the GUI environment but perhaps taxing with referance
to the hardware needed.
