I found a repeatable problem using WinQVT/NET 1.32. Run WinQVT/NET. Press ALT-Tab to switch back to Program Manager. Press ALT-Tab one more time. Windows crashes with "UNRECOVERABLE APPLCATION ERROR". The mouse cursor moves but nothing else works. I have to warm boot. Anyone else having this problem? Clicking on the windows to switch from one window to another seems to work okay.
