Hello all. Forgive me if this has been asked before, I've only recently subscribed to this newsgroup. My problem is: I can't make WIN 3.0 realize I have 2 COM ports, though running Procomm in a DOS window works just fine. What I need to do is make the Terminal use COM2, but neither it nor the Ports section of the Setup(?) area allow or admit the existence of COM2. The Communications window of the Terminal lets me set everything up and the ends with a "COM2 not availbale" type error message. Is this a common problem with (hopefully) a common fix? Please reply via email and I'll post a summary prompted. -dan -- -- Daniel Chaney -- -- postmaster, newsguy, main archiver for ms.uky.edu (Univ of KY Math Sci) -- -- {uunet and the like}!ukma!chaney chaney@ms.uky.edu chaney@ukma.BITNET -- -- "I'll have time enough for sleep when I'm dead and in the ground" --
