After running some programs, my mouse just stops working. I can run a program in a dos window that uses a mouse and it works fine. When I return to Windows it still does not work. I have to re-start windows. I am using a Logitec mouse on COM2. One would think there would be a way to restore the mouse. Desqview has a restore mouse function that I have used quite a bit since I use Desqview a lot. Does anyone know of a way to restore the mouse in Windows 3? Use the original Logitech mouse driver in CONFIG.SYS (device=mouse.sys) or in AUTOEXEC.BAT (mouse.com). Don't use the W3 mouse driver. Then the mouse will be available full time and will work properly. I have to re-start windows. I have the same problem in 386enh mode but works fine if I run in standard mode. Any help would be appreciated. I am running a logitech serial mouse using the supplied windows 3.0 driver.. I should try the bb. --- Garry T. Anderson uunet!mesrx!garry
