Congratulations!!!!! I hope that there are at least 2 cars on the road with fog lights that are used for fog rather than just to blind oncoming cars. I Pennsylvania 99% of the cars with fog lights use them with the headlights in any kind of weather and never get them focused so they don't blind others.
