[comp.windows.ms] Times Roman outline font

I am attempting to locate a Times Roman outline font for Windows.
Actually, it will be used for a non-Windows application using the Microsoft C
graphics library.

I have downloaded all the fonts from cica, but it's not clear that any of
these are quite right.   Any leads to other sources, particularyly for
outline fonts, would be greatly appreciated.
