[comp.windows.ms] Bit Stream Face Lift

Hello.
I have Microsoft Windows running on my 386 box, and I also have
Bit Stream Face Lift installed. Under the parameters section, there is a
little box to click if you have expanded memory, it says:
"Use expanded memory"

However, the box is gray on my box, and therefore I can't select it. After
consulting the help file, all it says is, "If you don't have expanded
momory, you won't be able to choose it."
I have 8 megs of expanded memory. I believe this should be sufficient.
The only memory manager I have installed from my config.sys is himem.sys,
and I don't give it parameters. However, from using the hDC memory viewer,
I have plenty of expanded memory. Can anyone tell me whats wrong?

Hello
Ok, NO ONE RESPOND!!
Ok, in my delirious state, I said "I have 8 megs of expanded" when I
really have 8 megs of extended.
Now, Bit Stream Face Lift uses expanded. However, doesn't Windows
simulate expanded memory? I only have the extended memory manager there
because Windows can simulate expanded if I need it, however Windows can only
use extended.

P.S. I no longer need answers, in a freak accident, I lost Bit Stream
Face Lift 8-) and I no longer have the originals, I lost them somewhere.
