I was using WFW and ATM the other day to print out a sample of all of my fonts using the complete ANSI set and some additional characters that WFW seems to supply. At any rate I changed my printer from an EPSON (non-PS) to AppleLaser and immediately got a message from ATM saying that my Architect (cica) font did not match the definition file for the PS printer. Thus I lost _all_ of my screen fonts (most of them anyway) and they went back to looking like TmsRmn. I had followed the directions that came with the 36psfnts.zip file(cica) and added the ',c:\psfonts\pfb' line after the PFM location line in win.ini for all the fonts concerned so that it did point to where the .pfb files were but this didn't seem to make any difference. Can I keep my screen fonts _and_ use my postscript (print to file) option using the .pfb files or is the ATM good only for non-postscript devices regardless of the downloadable fonts possessed ? I will post a summary of responses if people wish to send to my E-Mail address. Thanks Chris Ross Management IV Accounting UMROSS27@ccu.umanitoba.ca
