I am looking at buying the new LaserJet 500 and I would like some advice on hwo it performs, especially with Windows applications. I am looking for a poor man's laser printer, is this it? I want to be able to produce presentation quality prints from WfW and Excel. If I buy one, are there some recommended accessories such as cartridges, ATM, ... ? How expensive is it to run? I understand the cartridges cost about $20, but how long do they last? Please mail directly to me as I rarely read this newsgroup before it gets purged at our site.
