I think it's time to subdivide the UTIL directory on CICA. UTIL should contain small utilities. Can the major applications be moved to an APPS directory? As are some of the other directories. I would suggest not making an arbitrary separation of the files based upon size but instead actually separate them by type of utility. Editors, File Management, Graphics, WfW Macros, PIMs, etc.. Breaking up the fonts directory into FON, ATM, Facelift, .etc. I am sure that others have some ideas as well. -- - Jeff (jaltman@ccmail.sunysb.edu)
