[comp.windows.ms] Windows doesn't get correct time at boot

When I boot Windows on my PS/2 the time is not correctly loaded from
the CMOS RAM.  The date is correct but the time always defaults to 12:00 am.
When I boot OS/2 (it's on the same disk but booted seperately using
bootany.zip) both the date and time are O.K.  Any thoughts?
