[comp.windows.ms] Super VGA installation for Win 3.0?

Does anyone have any how-to step by step procedure for installing a super-vga
driver for Windows 3.0?  I have a Loop monitor with its own set of drivers but 
Windows set-up doesn't seem to like them.  Any ideas?
