Is flash.exe at cica, (currently in the uploads directory) dangerous??? I ran it and shrtly afterwards got a FAT error, though PCTOOLS shows up nothing wrong - it could just have been that I was pushing my disk too hard, running scan (what else!) in a DOS windows at the same time as a Windows based find utility. Please, tell me (and the list) the worst, or put my heart at rest. :( Thanks Derek Jones. derek@aivru.sheffield.ac.uk -- Automatic Disclaimer: The views expressed above are those of the author alone and may not represent the views of the IBM PC User Group. --

There has been a rumor that FLASH.EXE causes UAEs (Unrecoverable
Application Errors). It seems that someone posted it as a joke.
The file has been removed from cica.
