[comp.windows.ms] Laserwriter Fonts

Anybody know where I can get the .PFB's & .PFM's for the fonts that come
with the LaserWriter?

I've checked cica, and have only found AvantGarde and Zapf fonts.  I really
need Palatino, Bookman, and New Century Schoolbook.
