Quarterdecks BBS reports "Another rumor is that Windows enhanced mode may not function properly on systems with more than 12 meg of extended memory." Does anyone have any details on this? I have been testing a 16 meg system and I can not get Windows and QEMM to run correctly in this configuration. (12 meg runs fine) The problem may also be QEMM. By now I've gotten rid of the Windows' *.TXT -files, but I remember having seen a note telling, that for systems with RAM >= 16MB, you must use the HIMEM.SYS that followed the Windows for the extended memory manager, and no other version or brand.
