Hi! I'm thinking to buy a PC for CAD application, but I can NOT decide or know which one of the following system is best suit my application: 1) 386 33 Mhz w/ Math Co-Processor 2) 486 25 Mhz (option? w/ Math Co-Processor) 3) 386 33 Mhz (EISA) w/ Math Co-Processor 4) 486 25 Mhz (EISA) (option? w/ Math Co-Processor) And I'd like to know: a) What is the difference between ISA and EISA? b) Can ISA parts (Hard Disk, Memory Expand, Graphic cards, modem etc.) be used in a EISA system? c) Can SOFTWARE (Lotus, Wordprocessor, Compilers, CAD )for ISA be used in a EISA system? d) What about MS WIN 3.0? Is there any specify drive for EISA? e) Which graphic card should be used to for ISA system, for EISA system? (1024 x 768 x 256 (or greater)) f) Which CAD program is available on the market for WIN 3.0? g) Is MS WIN 3.0 a very stable GUI to go with? h) Which brand of the computer is the best buy?
