I've had my Video 7 Vram card for almost a year now and I've been very satisified with it. Now comes along Windows 3.0 and I can't get it to work. It seems to work fine with their 1024x768x16 driver, but with the supplied 720x???x256 driver Windows won't even start. Doesn't even make it to the opening ad just pops me back to C:>. I haven't read anything about anyone else having this problem, and I've lived with it now for quite a while, but it's getting on my nerves. System: Gateway 386/33, NEC 4D, Video 7 VRAM. One other small thing, I recall some mention of a setting to add to WIN.INI to get the 3-D effects in Excel. If someone could email me that I'd really appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
