Is anyone aware of a good statistics package for the PC that runs under Win30? Something perhaps even like MS Chart for Windows or something like that? RS/1 or SAS or something similar for Win30 would be preferable of course. Thanks for any help! ______________________________________________________________________ / Rockford Lhotka INCSTAR Corp \ | Applications Project Leader 1990 Industrial Blvd | | incstar!lhotka@uunet.uu.net PO Box 285 | \ 612/779-1701 Stillwater, MN 55082 / -------------Amiga - The computer for the creative mind.--------------

SAS will run in a window in '386 enhanced mode. The SAS institute has a couple of notes that hand out about doing this. Aparently you should be able to use expanded memory under windows 3.0 enhanced mode too (ie. through pif file, allocate LIM expanded memory for SAS, and have SAS make use of this) - Both SAS and M/Soft say this should work (with the "-ems all" option in your config.sas file) but I can't seem to get SAS to use EMS. Hope this is of help. Anyone offer some hints about the SAS ems options problem? (I'm operating on a 386, 8mb ram, dos4.01, novell file server) jamie internet: jamie@macadam.mqcs.mq.au.oz
