    I rented a Ford Fiesta in England and the pedals were just
    shifted over: brake/gas right foot, clutch left; four-on-the-floor
    in the center, used (obviously) with left hand. It was
    very easy to adapt to; much easier than staying on the left
    side of the road.

Actually, it's not left-to-right but upside down.  Anzacs are antipodal,
y'know.
