My organization is looking for a menuing system which will run under DOS and Windows. Although putting a menu system on top of Windows sounds like a step backwards (and it is), we run in a networked environment and need to reduce our support requirements. We are hoping that the configuration files can be centrally managed and that the applications that appear on a user's desktop can be controlled by their machine's configuration (in case they move around the network) and their access rights. We are currently looking at Saber for Windows. Has anybody had any experience with this product? Is anyone aware of any similar products? Thanks, - kev -
