Hi, I'm having problems printing in landscape mode from my DJ 500, and I think that I've isolated the problem to be my deskjet family driver. Symptoms: In Paintbrush and W4W, the print.. and print preview menu options become greyed out when I select landscape mode with the 'deskjet family driver.' If I switch to the epson driver or postscript or even the DJ500 scalable fonts driver (not the same as the deskjet family driver), I can print fine in landscape mode. Background I got this driver from a bulletin board. It recognizes the DJ 500, which the driver that came with windows did not. Request If anyone knows where I can get a deskjet family driver that recognizes the deskjet, and can print in landscape, I'd be grateful for info... (or, if you can mail it to me. Hmm... I just switched my driver to "DeskJet Family Printer Driver" version A.03.10 and tried printing landscape from Paintbrush, and it worked just fine. (I normally use the scalable font driver myself... although I'm not too sure why, I'm a big ATM fan...)
