I'm working on a large development project for a Windows 3.0 application. We periodically go through long manual test cycles. To test, we just play with the product in an organized manner, and eyeball the screen for errors. This is obviously an inefficient approach. We have tried Recorder, and had little success. Recorder needs a feature that allows the screen to be dumped at specific times. These dumps could be examined, or compared automatically to a known good screen dump. Does anyone know of a useful automated test tool for Windows applications? I would even appreciate suggestions on the best use of Recorder's features. Thanks, Tim Teske timt@hpspdra.spd.hp.com
