[comp.windows.ms] Display or Conversion of CGM format files

This is a request for details of any utility or program that is able to
display CGM format files preferably under MS Windows, I know that there are
several drawing packages around such as Corel Draw, DrawPerfect, Designer etc
that can import such files but they are too expensive since I don't wish to
use the rest of the facilities they provide.

This is the second time I have posted this request (thankyou for your response
Marc-Michael Brandis, do I have to purchase HP NewWave to use the HP
Graphics Gallery Product ?) since the first time there was little response.

Ideally the software would be public domain or shareware, it may even take the 
form of a set of routines for incorporation into a program. Any help would
be appreciated.
