Is there a program that can convert any gif to a bmp format? I would
like to put a gif in the background of windows. I also am interested in
a better icon drawing program than ICONDRAW. The ICONLIB.EXE is also a
great idea, but is there one available that I can add the icons that I
have created to the library, and also see the next AND previous icon?
Only being able to see the next one can get frustrating, and ICONLIB
also doesn't give you the name of the icon, just the picture. E-mail,
or post here... thanks in advance....
