[comp.windows.ms] Improved Epson 24-pin Windows driver on Cica

I have put a file called 24pin.zip on cica that contains improved
Windows 3.0 drivers for Epson 24-pin printers and compatibles.
The standard driver has been patched to remove bugs and improve the quality. 
The print quality is noticeably better, especially on text.
Documentation is included.
