Is it time that this newsgroup has a 'standard answers' posting?  I had this
same question, and was waiting around for it to get answered.

Another question:  how to write Windows device drivers.  Can you do this
with the Windows development toolkit?  It doesn't look like the Borland C++
package supports this.
