I have a document that was created and edited in Ami under a postscript printer. We have recently added an epson 2500 printer to the network and would like to also print jobs here. Although, printing from windows and from NEWLY created ami documents works fine, the document that was created earlier only prints garbage to the printer. . Ami seems to fine-tune the font dimensions for the printer you intend to use. I found that after formatting a document for a Panasonic KX-P1124 via the LQ2500 driver, when I wanted a PostScript version I had to adjust the margin settings slightly, otherwise the choice of line-breaks, etc. was different. I don't know if this is the problem reported in the original posting, but it might have some bearing on it. dhf@linus.mitre.org
