Has anyone had any experience with the new 2048 * 1536 video cards I saw one advertised in March Computer Shopper, think its name was a melrem vga super plus+. From memory a recent article I read said something about a new chipset that used special techniques to allow the above resolution to be displayed on your standard (1024 * 768 - non interlaced?) monitor. Can anyone provide more info? Since its not really providing true 2048 * 1536 resolution (it uses special software to smooth the jaggies) is it really worth investing in?
